[ros-dev] 0.2.8 RC2 planned realse on Monday.

The res is set to 640x480x8 not 600x400x8 that should be imposible.
and the change resution dialog  size have been fix  in 0.2.8 RC2  and in
current svn
GvG and other bugs.
