Still present in r53165.
The screenshot was probably meant to be attached to a different bug, although I 
don't know which.

I don't see that effect, but I do see this:
Enter "dir", press Ctrl+C. Listing doesn't stop.
Click in the console window (this starts selection mode) and press enter. 
Listing stops immediately.
