ReactOS gives a core dump and halts when launching the second windowed
application or explorer from the command line.

I have set the shell registry key to cmd.exe and I type "explorer" to launch
the GUI. When I click "Log Out" I am brought back to the command line
interface, if I launch explorer again I recieve a core dump.

This works with any GUI application. I have tested it.
