Building ReactOS in Ubuntu 9.10

Post by owen_a »

Hello all!

I've manged to install the RosBE for linux. But everytime I try and compile, it shows these errors...

Code: Select all

owen@owens-laptop:~/RosBE/reactos$ sudo make
make: mingw32-gcc: Command not found
make: mingw32-g++: Command not found
make: mingw32-g++: Command not found
make: mingw32-g++: Command not found
make: mingw32-g++: Command not found
make: mingw32-g++: Command not found
I've installed mingw32 by using the command "sudo apt-get install mingw32". I've also restarted, and tryed compiling ReactOS again, but I still get the same error.

Please, Can anyone help me?

we only support our GCC and our mingw32. Load RosBE from here: http://reactos.org/wiki/Build_Environment
ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.

I'm not advanced with ubuntu. But I've already downloaded the RosBE for Unix Operating Systems.
