Ok, so for now, ReactOS doesn't have ReactX yet, and still can't run DirectX. So I think this could help: Swift Shader
http://www.transgaming.com/products/swiftshader/
It's an software rasterization engine, run purely on CPU,fast. And it can help gaming on ReactOS !
I haven't tried it out yet, but I think it could run withow problems.
Oh, the only promblem here is the demo version will display an very annoying icon at bottom left corner of the screen.
What do you think ?

I forgot to say,Swift Shader implement the same as DirectX 8 and 9, with shader model 2.b and you can only play DirectX 8 or 9 games

Hardware support is what is needed.
Also, it is not GPL or compatible.

We have a more useable Port of WIne's D3D to OGL Wrapper in our tree right now. This will work as long as we dot have a native DX
ReactOS is still in alpha stage , meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes
