Finding Release #:

Go To "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" in your registry editor
Then Expand "Software"
Then Find "ATI Technologies"
Expand "ATI Technologies"
Then Expand "CBT"
Then to the right there should be "ReleaseVersion"
Then under "Data"
It should tell you "x.xxx-xxxxxx........"
This is the Release Number.

Finding Card Info:

Go To "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" in your registry editor
Then Expand "Software"
Then Find "ATI Technologies" after Expand
Then Expand "CDS"
Then Expand "0000"
Then Expand "0"
Then Expand "ASIC"
Then to the right there should be:

AGP Transfer (AGP Speed)
AGP Trasnfer Supported (AGP Supported Speed)
Alternate Frame Rendering (Available or Not)
Aperture Address
Aperture Config (Aperture Size)
Marketing Name/Product Name (Card Name ex. 9600)
ETC.
