Is this normal? Tried both the Live CD and the installation.
None of them are running FAT32 though, is that the issue even with the Live CD?
The last computer (in the list below) shows a loading screen and then goes black, but the others just give me a bluescreen with no text on it.
[Laptop]
AMD Athlon Mobile 64
1.60 GHz
1.25 GB RAM
Stationary
Intel Core 2 Duo
2.40 GHz
2.0 GB RAM
Stationary
Intel Pentium II
450 MHz
128 MB RAM
I realize it might be the components inside them that are not supported, but how do I confirm that?
Tried ReactOS on three different computers, none worked.

Go to the highest numbered bootcd and try that one. 0.3.1 was an extremely unstable release and I think the recent revisions have seen some better stabilization. However, I highly advise you to be careful if you actually intend to install. You might want to also use something else to do the actual formatting of the HD to FAT32.
