I already created such a database.
http://frik85.fr.funpic.de/reactos/ (Homepage Suggestion for the new ReactOS Website).
link to the support database: http://frik85.fr.funpic.de/reactos/?page=support
The new design and the new features in this section will be online in a few days. (The current online available version is about two months old.)
Try the database (direct link):

I will update this section soon.

I have to say the website that "frik" has setup is far better than the curent one, far better.
So far as tracking progress goes, I was thinking that some kind of TreeView based upon DLL's and then function within DLL, would be very neat.
If you could consider adding that then you may well have a very good candidate.
Incidentally, is this actually the "next" site for ReactOS?
It could be a MAJOR milestone, to have the website actually running on ReactOS, that would be a really solid target, force you to get things sorted out.

Like http://svn.reactos.com/api ?Andrewm1986 wrote:this is not what we are talking about.
eg
* user32.dll
|___myfunc1 -- COMPLETED!
|___myfunc2 -- NOT COMPLETED!
|___myfunc3 -- IN PROGRESS - someuser
|___myfunc4 -- COMPLETED!
* kernel32.dll
|___myfunc5 -- COMPLETED!
... etc
Where do you want ReactOS to go today ?
