Need help with dual booting

Post by 3novice378 »

Hi: I am new to React OS. I want to dual boot Freespire 1.0 and React 0.3.
I have a Compaq Presario 5360. I have two hard drives and one has Freespire and the other has React.
I already saw from your forum how to add React to the menu-normal.lst . React shows up on the boot loader but when I try to boot into React I get this error. Error 15 - File not found.
Could someone please point me in the right direction to get React to boot. Please remember also that I am new to linux also. Thank you for your help. It is appreciated. :?:

Please bear in mind that ReactOS 0.3.11 is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is not recommended for everyday use.
hi
it will be easier to setup a virtual machine open cnr and search for virtualbox and intsall it and have a look at this http://sites.google.com/site/madguids09 ... ng-reactos

First install ReactOS, then Linux. This might be more successful.

Cheers,
