16bit component removal

16bit component removal

I'm curious about the 16bit components fireball has been removing. I thought ReactOS was completely 32bit. What were the 16bit parts?

Came from wine within Vendor Drop. ReactOS has not a line of 16bit code, but wine does implement it. This is why it had to be removed.

This is from the old days when Windows 3.11 and Windows 95 were around, right? WINE still supports them in addition to the newer NT-based systems.
