'Download' is the offical downloader for reactos so i would go to reactos irc site and discuss it with the devs, do you know the guidelines for apps/games that can be included in the download app? such as the fact that they need to be open source and have a GPL type licence, the fact that the game should not need directx support? etc etc ,im pretty sure you will find that games are a low priority at the moment.

What about Battle for Wesnoth. Open source, with windows version, and directx independt. Quite a good game, and already a mature project in the 1.2.6 version.

http://wz2100.net/ WarZone 2100 was give to open source in 2004.

http://vegastrike.sourceforge.net/ and is releations I find fun the version being worked on with death match will be fun.

http://alientrap.org/nexuiz/ Nice first person shooter. Does require a decent system to get its look out of it.

Both I like will most like be good ones to push the heck out of ros.

I'd suggest OpenArena also. This is classics... BTW, someone showed a screenshot of Quake 3 launched under ReactOS few weeks ago in IRC. So I think it is possible to manage OpenArena to run...

I happen to have a copy of the Grid Wars game (version 5.4). It's a slower-paced geometry wars clone for Windows, but Bizarre Creations wanted it to be taken down, but you can still find a copy of version 5.3 on Download.com XD

Soooo... would that be allowed?

next question, do any of these games WORK on reactos? have you tried installing/playing the game on reactos? i know that super tux doesnt work yet.

Super Tux doesn't work, that's right. But I have downloaded the Open Source Games CD and some of the games on it runs on ROS. I have the link from here. try the search engine for results
