Russian language pack

Dear Admin,
Can You to add russian language package to a forum?
This package is avaliable on russian phpBB support site:
http://www.phpbbguru.net/files/language ... ian.tar.gz
This package must be unpacked on "languages" directory of the forum.

P.S. There is also package with graphics button for this language:
http://www.phpbbguru.net/files/language ... ian.tar.gz
(directory "templates" of the forum)
... but for Standard subSilver style only.

I don't think this has _anything_ to do with the language pack; it's simply translating.

Not only this; people from russian phpBB forums have told to me that language pack also should solve this problem (incorrect encoding conversion)
