This X-Man III poster is very aggressive... really like it.

Anyway, due to the ROS' "scientific-logoing-attitude", and the "food of X" in graphics (DirectX, XboX, OS X, etc..) it would be great something like this:

...or btw based on the biohazard logo (would mind something biological, that is pretty inherent the multimedia attitude, and dangerous for extreme gamers dhehe).

I had one worked out as well, didn't turn out to be a beauty queen, but it's a concept only :

why do you think only about words with X ?
lets think more creative!
pick a name that has something
to do with the purpose of the libraries and that is
to have better access to the x86 hardware (keybord,mouse,your expensive 3d card ,gamepad,sound,the gdi...) in protected mode
for games, emulators and programming samples.
