ReactOS has a new bootscreen

you can change the windows XP boot screen to whaterver you like, including that if you like. search for it and you will finde several programs or look at http://sarahlane.typepad.com/sarahword/ ... xp_bo.html, just one of many places that may let you acheive the result you want.
0.3.1 will be out in <insert timescale here> weeks.
we don't do roadmaps for minor releases.
I honestly can't remember what's in 0.3.1 which wasn't in 0.3.0
IIRC though, there were a lot of changes under the hood, including many kernel changes.
The changelog comes out just before the release, and that will detail all the changes.
0.3.2 will be a more interesting release for people wanting to see visual changes.

and about the bootscreen ... that is first step to make reactos windows alternative (for users) it looks realy nice and is much better than last one (flashing 1-2 secounds and was not clean) i known that my words are wired but this is in my opinion big nad good step to sign that reactos is a windows alternative on start not in other place
