Looks spiffy
It somehow reminds me of a certain other OS I can't remember the name of right now, though ^_^

I think it's great!
Finally a bootscreen, because the last one needed to be better...
Just got 1 question...will it be on 0.3.1?

Wow really great, the bootloader looks more windowslike too, lovely! I wouldn't mind using this one instead of ntldr, because, whats the difference?

If you guys now tell me it is compatible with ntldr, I'll go crazy

you can change the windows XP boot screen to whaterver you like, including that if you like. search for it and you will finde several programs or look at
http://sarahlane.typepad.com/sarahword/ ... xp_bo.html, just one of many places that may let you acheive the result you want.

It will be capable of loading XP quite soon. Fireball has been working on it recently.

Why not implement it in 0.3.1?

0.3.1 will be out in <insert timescale here> weeks.
we don't do roadmaps for minor releases.
I honestly can't remember what's in 0.3.1 which wasn't in 0.3.0
IIRC though, there were a lot of changes under the hood, including many kernel changes.
The changelog comes out just before the release, and that will detail all the changes.
0.3.2 will be a more interesting release for people wanting to see visual changes.

but this is in my opinion big nad good step to sign that reactos is a windows alternative on start

How about the nightly builds? Is there any other way we can see this in action?
I will gladly wait for this to be added in if not.
