LiveCD questions

Hi, I ran the LiveCD on one of my computers and a lot of the graphics didn't seem to load up. Like all of the icons were black shapes. Is this supposed to happen?

btw. which ReactOS version/revision?

ReactOS 0.2.9 or ReactOS 0.3 SVN trunk ? (do you know the exact revision?)

Can you describe your hardware a bit (CPU, Memory, Graphicard, Networkcard)?

It was 2.9.something. I don't know about the graphics card, and stuff.

My main question now is 'Is there a differece betewn Live and Install?'

Yes, you can change anything in the installation version plus you can install and test software that you are interested in.
