OOBE for ReactOS

Hello, I just want to know if there will be an oobe for ReactOS ? Like in Windows XP, with a music ?

If you mean this annoying video which starts directly after you install xp, I think no.

Not needed. Everyone installing ReactOS already knows enough to navigate GUI, thanks to ubiquity.
-uses Ubuntu+GNOME 3 GNU/Linux
-likes Free (as in freedom) and Open Source Detergents
-favors open source of Windows 10 under GPL2
