Exact same dilemma as the design team for windows lol. I feel as though there is will always be someone to disagree, but let's make it as few as possible.
Your icon is two colored rectangles and a gray triangle. Too simple. Even the 10 team used gradients and skewing, along with *light* shadows, not your fully opaque ones.

It's not a criticism, yours icons colors are too greyed.
And the icons are not mine, I just presented open source icons from Gnome look.
