Build failing when enabing _WINKD_
When I enable _WINKD_ by adding it as a parameter in ROSBE via the configure.cmd, ninja bootcd eventually fails with the following error shown in https://pastebin.com/PLd1JQzG. How do I fix it so that it can continue being built?

I think you need to un-define KDBG when you define _WINKD_.

I'm curious why you're trying to set it in the first place though. KD is pretty useless without symbols -- only MSVC generates those, and in MSVC builds WINKD is already the default.
