Has anyone been able to get the Intel 440BX AGP Filter driver loaded in ReactOS? I've added it to the registry and put the file in reactos/system32/drivers/AGP440.SYS but I can't seem to even get it to show in the boot logs. I just took this file and registry information from my Windows 2000 system.

Code: Select all

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\agp440]
"Type"=dword:00000001
"Start"=dword:00000000
"ErrorControl"=dword:00000001
"Tag"=dword:00000003
"ImagePath"=hex(2):73,79,73,74,65,6d,33,32,5c,44,52,49,56,45,52,53,5c,61,67,70,\
  34,34,30,2e,73,79,73,00
"DisplayName"="Intel AGP Bus Filter"
"Group"="PnP Filter"
That's what I added. It's hard to read probably but ImagePath should say:
system32\DRIVERS\agp440.sys

I'm currently using 0.2.5RC1
Thanks in advance.

Try RC2? I don't know if anythings been updated since then, but I'll just say that in the general "Check-with-the-latest-version" mood that seems to be around here.

Coming on, coming up, let me help ROS and I'll be able to look @ a life well used.

Try adding "PnP Filter" to "SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ServiceGroupOrder" (in bootdata/hivesys.inf).
