Install .NET Mono by default
Could the Mono framework be installed by default because many programs use it and I don't see why it should not be installed by default. Maybe include it on the CD and show a window in the "windows" part of setup (not the dos text based part) with check boxes for things like this.

It is a good idea, but I doubt very much that be implement, because it would too heavy to Reactos

Windows 10 has it(MS CLR, not Mono) built-in.

What could be nice is to ask the user, at the end of the 2nd stage install, whether to install .net mono / gecko / etc...

Anything the ReactOS installation process installs will add to the support burden of the ReactOS developers.
