How can i change the freeldr.ini on source code?

How can i change the fleedr.ini on source code?
For example if i modify the string ReactOS => ROS ?

Make changes to freeldr.ini in the same way changes are made to other ReactOS source code files. Download and install the ReactOS Build Environment (RosBE) on your computer. Hbelusca's instructions Re: How to build ROS from now on are helpful.

ok i compile the source code but where is freeldr.ini ? How can i change "ReactOS (debug)" in "ReactOS Dev" ?

I use a PC running Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition SP3.
This is how I found the source code of freeldr.ini in the local repository:

1. I started RosBE.
2. To be sure I work with the base directory of the ReactOS source code, I typed BASEDIR then pressed Enter.
3. I typed DIR then pressed Enter.
4. I noticed a directory named BOOT. I thought that is a directory to examine because FREELDR.INI is used at boot time.
5. I typed CD BOOT then pressed Enter.
6. I typed DIR then pressed Enter.
7. I noticed a directory named FREELDR. I thought, "I am getting close."
8. I typed CD FREELDR then pressed Enter.
9. I typed DIR then pressed Enter.
10. I noticed files named FREELDR.INI and NOTES.TXT. I typed NOTEPAD FREELDR.INI then pressed Enter in order to read FREELDR.INI. I could have used the command TYPE FREELDR.INI to examine the file but I prefer to use Notepad.
11. I also used Notepad to read NOTES.TXT.
