From film Godfather:
It can be for Google business like Red Hat, Ubuntu, or ... Android (more or less open source)
Michael: It's not personal, Sonny. It's strictly business.

On https://cyngn.com/press/cyanogen-raises ... -c-funding write "Cyanogen Raises $80 Million in Series C Funding".
" The financing was led by Premji Invest and includes participation from new strategic investors Twitter Ventures, Qualcomm Incorporated, Telefónica Ventures, Smartfren Telecom, Index Ventures, Access Industries (the US-based industrial group headed by Len Blavatnik), Rupert Murdoch, Vivi Nevo, and several yet to be announced partners. Existing investors Benchmark, Andreessen Horowitz, Redpoint Ventures, and Tencent Holdings Ltd. also participated. " Perhaps contacting these subjects would bring some money for Reactos.

Russian tycoon Mikhail Fridman will invest $16 billion in telecommunications and technology assets in Europe and the U.S., the Financial Times reported. For example :http://www.themoscowtimes.com/opinion/b ... 18662.html. Another man which would not miss 1-2 milion offered for Reactos.

Wishing for free money is not productive.

This can be risky investment. It can work like Red Hat, Ubuntu, or Android. Public sector, industry, home users could use (ready) Reactos and pay for support, donate. Though philanthrophy is also welcome.Wishing for free money is not productive.
