How to make a Languege Translate for ReactOS, and Programs??

Hello guys... Can you teach me how to make a Language Translate, Patches, And Programs :)

I will translate a Filipino Language to ReactOS.. I am good at Speaking Tagalog :D

I want to make a Default Browser for ReactOS,, Besides Using WineHD Internet Explorer.

I want to make Patches to for Hardwares and softwares :D

Can you show me the System Icons

Copy the english resource files from a app or dll and rename the copy to: fil-PH.rc
Change LANG and SUBLANG to: LANG_FILIPINO SUBLANG_FILIPINO_PHILIPPINES
then go on with your translation. Afterwards add the new rc file into the rsrc.rc in the root of the app.
ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.

Where is the LANG and SUBLANG are located sir?

Well there is now sublang on the base/setup/reactos ...

I only see there is lang.. If Sublang is noting in there that means I only edit in lang??

What did you change? We cant help without any information as already said three times now.
