Hey guys, well i dislike the fact that the logoff, restart, and shutdown buttons are all in the start menu, as it seems cumbersome and unnesesery, rather than having all three buttons, there could just be one "shutdown" button that brings you to a screen like this. i don't suppose the Dev's will actuly use this as i programed in AutoIT and they seem to favor C++ but i hope they find some use in the concept.

Download includes compiled into .exe & the .au3 src, it will run on win 9x and above and is tested and working on ReactOS 0.3.7

*EDIT sorry, my code is kind of sloppy because i wrote it at like 3am, also there are random-ass coments in there because i used a gui from a tut because i couldent be bothered writing the whole thing.

Hy,

i like the idea, but the buttons be so litle it shold be around of the pictures, but, i think ,
these one it's good if it is comming the userhandling/administration... at moment it is at develope,
but if it is finish and we have a good useradministration, so i like you idea for a
question-dialog of options to end/reboot and log of .. but shold more ms-like,
aroud the buttons to have bigger one of buttons. imho *s*
but shold be usable per switches like "end.exe /reboot" "end.exe /logoff" "end /halt" with force and so on..

enabeling to create a direckt reboot e.t.c. link on desktop or directly in systemtray or how ever..
(you know the starter in the system tray to have some little icons in tray? it was an extra lil' app..)

Actually, ReactOS is 99% C. Some parts are indeed written in C++, such as the current explorer.exe, but these are few and far between (explorer_new.exe is written in C and will replace explorer.exe at some point).

I think that the ReactOSBE is written in C++, but that's not actually a part of ReactOS.

Hy,

all dreams whant can be go to realism Dude, no question.. Reactos it is Open Source and there with
a change to make any thing and every thing ! At the software only the borders are put by the hardware,
it are possible everything in the computer on most diverse way. And Reactos it is be Open Source
there can go to at maximum border... maybe is an day who any programming this one
or better one.. we dont have a must to be use an Distriebutor, any Programmer can backe a pack
if it's only a one exe program or a full installable thing, so it is possible to get away a funktionable
Program and not only as f..ng not running sourcepack.. and the enduser mus compiling it.. :\
or he/she cant using it..
How ever, i think, Reactos whant be on anyway the best result for the enduser,
and other persons ..
A Knive you can use it to make food or take it for other things.. so it is by any..
