Re-read again the requirements for the tests. The drivers are tailored for 2k3, not for 7.

my laptops stuck at the installation right after "Loading Boot drivers..."
debuglog ends with: https://image.ibb.co/ciqHmS/usbehci_c_G ... mented.png
(../hal/halx86/legacy/bus/pcibus.c:698) HAL: No PCI Resource Adjustment done! Hardware may malfunction
(../drivers/usb/usbehci_new/usbehci.c:1142) EHCI_GetRegistryParameters: UNIMPLEMENTED. FIXME

my replace testresults of your "usb-VS-20180208.zip" *.sys files:
usbhub.sys = works
usbport.sys = bluescreens on boot at the first loadinggui. Cant read anything because the bluescreen kinda dies while building and the laptop shuts down faster then it draws everything.^^
usbehci.sys = works, but after replugging usb devices some times they arent noticed any more (dont rly know if its this files cause, had others replaced too)
usbohci.sys = works, but usbohci.sys didnt even existed in my xp
usbuhci.sys = works

if you need anything like better try on 2k3, say it, im happy to help.

cmd.exe says any of them responding.... browser saying 404

ps.
VBoxManage.exe setextradata "NAMEINVB" CustomVideoMode1 1366x768x32 [then change resolution in settings]

Unlike in newer versions where R2 is a separate OS version, Server 2003 R2 is just Server 2003 with SP1 plus a second disk with extra stuff. So it doesn't matter which you use. ROS targets SP2, so that's what you should compare against (ideally with the last available updates).

Try http://vgal.ru.com/downloads/usbhub_20181128_00.zip - added (vid_13d3 & pid_5165) in blacklist.

EDIT:
http://vgal.ru.com/downloads/bootusb-Re ... gal.iso.7z

detects usb stick as possible hard drive to use , installs reactos on it, but hangs up after reboot ending at command prompt
then plugged under windows 7 it has some used space but there is no files on it :)

"Often there are problems due to bluetooth (fbtusb.sys) and hdaudbus drivers. If problems arise, these files are best renamed or deleted to eliminate their impact. It may also help to disable devices in the BIOS".
