Please get a bug log, then create a Jira report. See here for how to do that.
Please keep the Windows classic (9x/2000) look and feel.
The layman's guides to - debugging - bug reporting - compiling - ISO remaster.
They may help you with a problem, so do have a look at them.

You need a Serial port for a debug log. I dont even have such a cable. If it just could get written to the boot media or at least through the home network.

You can run in "ReactOS (Screen)" mode and when arriving at "kdb:>" prompt (which is the point where BSOD is otherwise happening), type in "bt" + enter, there you can get a bit of a log even without any serial cable.

Please read further down the page, at A layman's guide - How to get a debug log, there are other ways of getting a debug log, listed under Variations.

With build 66929 In log file mode it gets frozen before the crash and the log gets witten and with the last build 67010 it doesn't even boot, i get a black screen after the the kernel and the drivers get loaded.

Do you even have a serial port onboard?
