Add network speed to popup label for the networking icon
I was wondering how I could make modifications to the resource strings for the label that pops up when the user hovers over the network icon. Right now it just says "Network Connection" and I wanted to add the network speed to it. Would it be in netshell or stobject?
I use ReactOS on real hardware. Will you? My Computers: https://www.reactos.org/wiki/PC_ROS_Rigs Go all the way to the bottom.

I'd say netshell as stobjects is AFAIK only responsible for sound, battery and keyboard mouse

It would be nice to have the speed in label. I hope I can get it to work.I'd say netshell as stobjects is AFAIK only responsible for sound, battery and keyboard mouse

My Reactos have speed , 1GB - per/sec.
In windowsXP the speed of internet is 100MBper/s
In Win10 with UTPC the speed is 100MBper/sec
Does anyone discovery the

This is the connection speed to the next active node, it always was and ever will be. It has to as this is the only speed you can ask the connection for. Anything else is not possible unless you do active tests all the time. There is no other way to get this done as the protocol does not allow it without a messy speed test that fills the connection to the brim until you got your bottleneck.
ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.
