Another missing reference...

The Development > How To Help page has a reference to the "ReactOS Unified Library" and mentions some of the documentation included in it.

I couldn't find any other information on the "ReactOS Unified Library" on the website, or via Google. Does it exist, or is it another missing reference on the web page?

That text was probably copied from our old website, where we had a (almost empty ) "ReactOS Unified Library". I'll remove the reference.
