Guide to localization
Is there any guide on how to properly translate and apply this translations to the OS and website?

Re: Guide to localization
There's the development guide subsection and there's a section regarding translation in the wiki homepage.
I'll also respond to your post from another thread so that you have it all in one place:
This should help you a lot getting the ROS source on your computer and also with creating patches:

After you did some translating and want to build your own ISO to try it out, see this for help:

Then why not support them?Hi!

Just think of ReactOS as the XP beta, Whistler.
Re: Guide to localization
When finished, ReactOS will have full language and locale support built-in(unlike Windows which serves this optionally). Remember it is hard to develop a correctly working complex script handling.
