It's looking weird because Hebrew is written from the right side.

No problem ! (Hebrew, Arabic... are written right-to-left). But I wonder how does it look under ReactOS :D

The hebrew characthers are written in the opposite way, it's like "Next" = txeN, "Cancel" = lecnaC.
And, in both Virtualbox and vmware, are stuck in the "Registering components..." stage.
I will try the livecd...

It is not just Hebrew, there are problems with some other languages as well…

Maybe this will help...
I read a bit, it says something of mirroring,
It is located in section 4.2 if I correct.
It also says about the positioning directions...
I have no idea what to do this myself...

Dont worry Pete,
Report that the Hebrew string is incorrectly displayed(if you didnt) in the ReactOS Jira. Attach screenshot displaying how it looks correct and incorrect. That will help us. :)

the interesting thing that in the top-right,in the searchbox,
It's written correctly(beside the dots),

Well basically each kind of window has its own method to paint the "String". That means that some could be broken while others could be working good.
I will open a new bugreport reflecting these bugs. This way we can begin investigating the issue and help devs to have all the clues to fix it :)
The one you opened, has hto said, will remain open for your translations, while the new one I'll open will be reserved just to find the Unicode issues with Hebrew.
This way, while you are working at the translations and finding bugs, we will be trying to understand what's wrong :)

It is here.

Víctor, what do you think about the Thai bug, should it be added to your report or as another issue? In the second case, can be different reports somehow marked as related? I'm still not familiar with that new bug tracker.

Patches are easier to review then a bunch of .rc files.

Doesn't this introduce problems for file encoding ?

I do not recall any problems with patches even with mixed encoding. All Hebrew files are in UTF-8, except he-IL.h.

I'm (probably) the only one here who accepts .rc files — everyone else wants patches.

I accept .rc files too :) but of course it's much less time consuming if the reporter could do a patch instead making me to crwate it. It's supereasy. :)
