This bug is still not confirm. As for now it only happens on Jedi's VM.

I've tested on another computer with another VMWare version 7.1.1 build-282343 with same result. Opera does not work.

comfirm depend on bug 5556. Reverting kernel32/nls/rus.nls fixes bug.
Seems that reverting .nls file the issue is fixed.
