After installing fonts, new fonts not appearing

Here is the font list:
Arial (substitute to Liberation Sans)
Courier New (substitute to FreeMono)
DejaVu Sans
DejaVu Sans Mono
DejaVu Serif
FreeMono
Georgia
Liberation Mono
Liberation Sans
Liberation Serif
Lucida Console
Tahoma
Times New Roman (substitute to Liberation Serif)
Verdana
Wingdings

After installing the fonts into ReactOS the system will make the fonts stop appearing.

1) You pick the font you want and then copy it from the C:\WINDOWS\Fonts directory.

2) Once the fonts are extracted you go to Uploading.com and upload an entire zip file. You go to MegaUpload.com. The language is Korean so you have to change it and you get the download link. The code is SBBHOVB1.

3) You copied and pasted the code and the Regular download button is not clicked so you have to restart the download before. Then you clicked the button and the fonts appeared.

4) You are going to install the fonts by copying to C:\ReactOS\Fonts. The fonts are installed, so if you go to Settings, Settings Menu and then Fonts the fonts aren't appeared.
