Once I finish the changes I will test Vis or W7U UxTheme.dll with what ever app I can get to work. At that point it will be black boxing the interface to work out any bugs that will occur. I guess, the point of the thread was to let it be known we will have it ready for any of the Application developers to start contributing. Wineconfig could be a good start, I never gave that one much thought, but anything could work....

will there be a dialogue to set themes, like in WinXP or must we use wineconfig?
How to setup theme by wineconfig? I tried co copy themes in c:\reactos\resources\themes, select a theme and new windows themed, but self closed after 1-2 seconds. What I doing wrong?

Nothing, themes have regressed in the form that you have just explained regretfully, explorer crashes.

Jimbator, if you can get themes running you'll be a legend to those of us who hear people wanting themes all the time. :P

Myself. I've been waiting for years to be able to theme ReactOS. I've already decided which theme I'm going to use: Aquanox.

If you do get UxTheme support working, will it be ready by 0.3.11? Or will we have to wait until explorer_new is implemented?
