yes, sure it is

EDIT: mm.. many games or apps allow it, but this is an OS... maybe you could not pass 2nd and 3rd stage

I mean to install ReactOS from HDD and not from CD.
Install the entire OS.
Let say I have two HDD C: and D:.
and I put the files in the iso on d:
run the setup file.
and install it to c:

is that possible

Umm .. it isnt that easy.. you don't get a setup file as such ..
But it is possible .. (will be difficult but should be possible..)
You'd have to copy all the ReactOS base files with the proper directory tree structure onto the new drive..
Then somehow setup GRUB or something similar to boot ROS properly .. yeah .. as in get freeldr to chainload with GRUB ..

One of my main annoyances with ReactOS is that the install-from-cd process is the same as in NT, which I've always considered to be cumbersome.
One of the cool things about NT setup that is not implemented in ReactOS is the setup program that NT has included (winnt.exe for setup from DOS and winnt32.exe for setup from a Windows session).
If winnt32.exe was implemented in ReactOS, we could even start setup from a LiveCD session, which would be extremely cool and user-friendly.
Until such a setup program is implemented, only install from Boot CD is possible.

yes something like Winnt32.exe or winnt.exe.
the reason for this is that I want to try install it on a very old Laptop that don´t have any CD.

Running setup from within a windows session is a very messy way to perform install. Ideally, the C: system partition should be wiped clean before the install.

Alas i agree, that installer shouldn`t be CD-dependant at all.

Why do you want to boot into DOS? i think it is much better to boot directly from the CD

it is many reason.
1. you dont have to have the CD with you.
2. You can have one partition where yo have the iso and install from.
3. Because of ReactOS don´t have update function you reinstall the hole os when new version is out.
And it should be very easy to only download the iso to the hard drive.
extract it. restart to dos and reinstall reactos and dont have to burn a CD every time you want to upgrade.
on one of my laptop that I´m going to try React has external CD.
So for every reason it is much more easy to have the option to not must have it on a CD.
only one setup file like winnt.exe on windows.

As i said before, updating from within a live OS is not recommended. It can do more harm than good.

All it does in Windows is the first file copy operation, after first reboot the "regular" text-mode setup starts. I don't understand your non-recommendation. Based on myths.

Its because such mode reuses settings/files from an already installed OS.
