There are a few DOS clones, but beyond that I haven't really seen or heard of any others that have done this much.

Yes, ReactOS aim be windows nt/2000/xp/2003 compatible at moment.

While ReactOS is technically the only OS, Wine plays a huge role in compatibility for ReactOS, and without it, ReactOS probably wouldn't be where it is today.
