Unable to use msstyles themes

Hi! On 0.4.16 I'm unable to use any msstyles themes from windows XP. On 0.4.15 msstyles themes open when i double click on them and i can apply them, but nothing happens when i double click or right click "open" on msstyles themes in 0.16.
