It's not keyboard problem, upgrade to 0.4.15 release candidate, or 0.4.16 development builds.

hi you will need to reinstall ReactOS normally when you get the Ctrl+Del+Alt prompt it is because the registry has been corrupted or damaged
0.4.14 is old it is recommended to use a nightly build but the BuildBot is offline

did you get this problem after installing ReactOS? if not what were you doing when you got this problem

I have tested ReactOS-0.4.14-release-125-g5b02d38.iso on VMware Workstation 17 Pro 17.6.2 build-24409262 on a Linux Mint host and I have not got this problem

VMware-player-full-17.0.2-21581411 failed, VMware-workstation-17.6.2-24409262 worked for Ctrl+Del+Alt.
