32-bit / 64-bit

Hi,
I have an old DELL OptiPlex390 computer and I would like to run a program on it that is only 64-bit, but on the DELL website the drivers are only 32-bit. As far as I know ReactOS cannot mix 32-bit with 64-bit. I can't even run the network card because the driver installer is given as EXE...
Is there any possibility of bringing both creatures alive?
