Folks I am trying to get Garmin Express to load in ROS which is running in VirtualBox. Host is Linux Mint 18.3 running on an Asus UX31 Series.
[ external image ] if the pic works my stumbling block is "eventunregister in ADVAPI32.DLL.
any thoughts would be greatly appreciated Ta

Nope, image links to your local home folder
ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.

hmmm ok I can not get the pic to load so what I get is a popup

"Setup.exe - Entry Point Not Found"
"The procedure entry point EventUnregister could not be located in the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll"
Any ideas? cheers Wilky

GARMIN EXPRESS https://www.garmin.com/en-GB/software/express/windows/
System Requirements
Windows®

Windows 7 SP1 or newer, Microsoft .NET 4.5.2 (included)
1024 x 768 display, USB port and 1 GB RAM
High speed Internet access (Not for use with dial-up, mobile or satellite connections)
May require up to 20 GB free disk space
It pays to look for the system requirements as more and more software move away from supporting Windows XP.
Please keep the Windows classic 9x/2000 look and feel.
The layman's guides - debugging - bug reporting - compiling - ISO remaster.
They may help you with a problem, so do have a look at them.
