How can I make the design more modern?
Can I install all current applications and games?
Can I be authorized on the ReactOs forum? (Turkish Category please
)

So there are design projects going on right now, including mine. If you wish to help, you can submit work for review (

Current, very few work, as ROS is in Win XP timestamp, and 32 bit only. There is an open-source implementation of DirectX but behind current version.

What do you mean? The appearance? There are a few different themes that you can choose after installation.

Not all, but many. Whether or not they work completely is a different question...
