can't install

I downloaded then extracted file and ready to install apps but when i used adminstration to open it did nothing then restart my computer? did I download incorrect ver like 64 byte or 32 byte belong?

* What is the Make and specification of the computer.
* Describe fully and clearly the steps that you have taken.

Also the OS is 32-bit.

You wouldn't have gotten ReactOS far at all if you used the 64 bit version right now. Download 32 bit versions of every app you use.

As far as I am aware, there are no X64 pre-compiled ISOs.
