AMD Radeon bug reports

Should i make separate bug reports on different hardware and driver that behaves differently?

I currently have a bug report for the latest driver and the AMD Radeon HD 8570D here:

I have another system with video chipset from before the AMD & ATI merger
It's a ATI Radeon HD 4250 that can't use the latest XP drivers. The driver/hardware is much more usable on ReactOS though.
