So I installed ReactOS on my PC with a Nvidia 7600 GT. After installing the drivers a new renderer named RIVATNT popped up. I can't seem to be able to use it. Does anyone know anything about it?

That is an old accelerator chip used in old voodoo cards (and probably others too) for 2D, video, and 3D acceleration. It worked with DX 6.0. I don't think it really used with modern gaming anymore as it is quite old, but some old games did use it.
