Re: Unable to boot in VirtualBox.
You did not create a VM with Windows XP/2003 as selected OS
ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes.

Version: Windows 2003 (32-bit)
base Memory: 512 MB
Processors: 1
Hard Disk Size min 4GB Note Reactos takes up about 2GB of hard drive space it is a bit less than 2GB the bigger the better
Serial Ports
Enable Serial Port 1
Port Number COM1
Windows Host
Port Mode Host Device Note I install com0com
Path/Address: COM4 Note COM4 is linked to COM5
Linux Host
Port Mode Raw File
Path/Address:/home/UserName/Desktop/ReactOS/Log.txt Note I open the file using KWrite and enable Auto Reload
Do Not Enable EFI
