Good day!
I have a problem: ReactOS won't start on my Acer Aspire 5315 laptop.
I wrote it down to an old one-gigabyte flash drive ReactOS 0.4.13 using Rufus, inserted it into my laptop and launched it.
A file download line appeared and a black screen appeared.
On the Live CD, I was able to get to the blue screen of death.
ReactOS won't start on Acer laptop.

Use a nightly build image, or build master branch of ReactOS from source on your own.
