Hmm... I wish I could ask the question in a more general fashion but I don't know howto?
Maybe try to generalize how much a programmer of this caliber gets paid in different countries. Not being specific to every individual in here.
I'm not a statistician so I find it very difficult to extract and interpret data from official channels whatever they are around the world.

I'm trying to formulate a sound and fair budget in here.

But the info I get when I google is 10 years old and it's hard to combine data from different countries. Most of it is also unofficial data for better or worse which make things a little uncertain.
So I figured why not do the simplest thing just ask what I want. :)

1)
Country: Spain
Monthly Salary before taxes:~1400Euros
Monthly Salary after taxes: ~1200Euros

2) 1.00 EUR=11.0789 SEK

3)~20/30 %

4)This values changes a lot because:
-Years of expertise(Extra)
-Obligations(more Obligations-> more money)

This is a bit of a sensitive subject and it varies from country to country.
Also, I would say Spain pays at least double that being a western EU country.

An average for western Europe would be about 3000 euros

3,000 € aye!?

That's approximately the initial salary our fancy "School of Economics" students earn when they finish their studies. Well here's my view of the current situation for the 10 chosen ones:

clicky
Budget 2010-2013
( 3 x 3,000 € ) / month -------> 9,000 €
during a period of 3 years. -------> [ 9,000 € x 12 months x 3 years = 324,000 € ]
10 chosen ones. -------> [ 324,000 € x 10 = 3,240,000 € ]

Total: ~3,240,000 €

...you need to not be timid about your intentions to monetize your project. Don't try to hide it as if you are doing something sneaky. You will need to be bold if you want to succeed.
I wonder if he meant something like this? Total: ~3,240,000 € :mrgreen:

Well, not us "they" the companies will pay for the party! :D

Can't expect regular citizens around the world donate even when out of crisis time. The companies spend millions on christmas gifts and bonuses and whatnot so they can afford it when the storm is over. That's around 2010 January, then it's game time.
