Which seems silly (to me), since nothing from a default Windows install relies on Python.

Yes, Python is far too silly. Let's have some nice, sensible military maneuvers instead.

Python is a way far from Windows world. Besides that it is purely interpreted language while Basic is universal: it can be used as a script language, to compile executables, and for somethig middle like .NET technology.

Look, why do we need to include anything that is not needed for the base system? This clutters things up! Obviously the developers have already noticed this, and have clearly stated that only a couple of things at most will be included that aren't in base Windows installs.

Any base Windows install includes Basic.

you could add XBlite to the download! list if it runs on ReactOS.This may also be a good way to find bugs without
advanced programming knowledge.
