Styles like Luna Element?

Post by Silver Sonic »

I love the Luna Element series I think the old releases (v1-3) would fit the newer ones...

unfortunately I can find only the new versions 5 and 5.1 which in my oppinion only fit with XP but I could upload the old ones as well

I would like to see a style like this!

lunaelement.net

well there would be a need for a new skinning engine...

This style screams "XP". That is not what ReactOS is about.
It compiles, let's ship it!

ReactOS is a generic Windows replacement. It is supposed to replace NT 4, 2000, XP, and Vista. All of these windows versions have a different style. So there is no goal to imitate XP, in fact, by any standard, that goal would be outdated now that Vista has come out. As journalists often note, ReactOS has to have certain fixed guidelines to avoid constantly aiming at a moving target. So, ReactOS has its own style. At the moment, due to technical limitations, the style is Windows 2000. But this will change in the future. Already, icons are different from XP. The visual style will be different as well.
