1. You should fix your ?-Button, it seems to hang.
2. What do you welcome.exe expect to do? If you now say to install ROS I BADLY recommend you to read the Alpha quality status mentioning and the not to be used for everyday use on a productive system at the main page.

ReactOS is still in alpha stage, meaning it is not feature-complete and is recommended only for evaluation and testing purposes
